New Deadline to File the Annual Corporation Report

Due to COVID-19, the Puerto Rico Department of State has established July 15, 2020 as the new deadline to file the Annual Corporation Report. It won't be necessary to file an extension of time. All extensions of time that have already been filed will be automatically extended until July 15.
