Our Story
It all started with a dream of a young man, with the vision of forming a successful company that would lead him to position himself among one of the best accounting companies in all of Puerto Rico.

After completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Dayton University and a Master’s Degree in Finance and Quantitative Methods from Louisiana State University, Miguel became a Certified Public Accountant. Later he began working as an Income Tax Specialist at Peat Marwick & Mitchel (today KPMG). It is in 1985 when Miguel decides to form his own accounting company, without imagining that his dream was about to come true.

Today his legacy continues through his brothers, family and friends, who continue to strive so that the great legacy of this young entrepreneur never dies.
